As mentioned above to avoid any delays it is recomended that you provide me with the following before starting the project:

Content - To ensure the structure and layout of your website meets not only yours but your clients needs, I need draft content at the initial stage of the project. A final copy is required before the website development stage.

Media - High resolution images or videos of your product or services are the key to a great website, something something look good.

Branding - Any branding or marketing assets you may have (eg. logo, brand styleguide) are required. A vector copy (ai, eps, pdf or svg file) of your logo if possible.

After we have discussed your project and I have recieved all of the above along with the initial payment, I will schedule in the work. Typically there is a lead time of 1-2 weeks and I suggest during this time you get your content ready.

I don't provide hosting as I feel it's important that you have complete control and transparency of your website and it's costs including domain names and email accounts. I am happy to make recommendations of trusted companies I use for these services.

Of course, typically (unless otherwise agreed) all the websites include a Content Management System (CMS). This allows you or your team to create, edit and update content on the website. I can provide a training session if needed to make sure you are confident updating your website.

Absolutely, I can arrange a 1 hour one-to-one session to walk you through managing your website.

All of my websites are designed and developed with on-page SEO in mind, this ensures that Google's search-bots can easily crawl your website. I also make sure your website is well structured, adheres to the latest web standards, all meta data is present and images are optimised to insure the website loads fast and is accessible across all devices.

After your website goes live I'll fix any bugs or issues that occur in the first 14 days. This does not include additional changes or alterations to the website but I do offer a maintenance package which can be discussed.

It is hightly recommended that you have an SSL certificate installed on your website. Not only does Google rank websites with SSL certificates higher but customers are becoming more tech savvy, therefore looking for safer ways to browse and shop on the internet.
